Bandai Namco has released a dynamic live-action trailer for the much-awaited "Tekken 8," set to launch on January 26th. The trailer features intense scenes of professional fighters gearing up for battle, symbolizing the game's global appeal. Notably, the trailer includes cameos from renowned pro players Arslan Ash and King Jae, as well as Hafþór Björnsson, famously known as The Mountain from "Game of Thrones."
Marking almost nine years since the release of Tekken 7, "Tekken 8" continues the saga of the Mishima family. The storyline follows Kazuya Mishima on a quest for power, with Jin Kazama determined to thwart his tyrannical ambitions. The game introduces "Arcade Quest," a new mode where players can create avatars and compete in arcades across Japan.
With revamped online play, the addition of Battle Lounge, rollback netcode, and cross-play features, "Tekken 8" promises an enhanced gaming experience. It will be available on Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC, exciting fans of the long-standing fighting game series.
