Chinese Consumers Association Survey Asking Gamers Opinion on Games Terminating Service

China Consumers Association (CCA) has posted a survey about player consumer rights protection on Weibo.

The survey mainly focuses on who has the proprietary of the in-game virtual item and characters and whether the game service provider should make a reimbursement to the players when they cease game operation.

The survey could be a follow-up action toward Fashion Cloudy. As we reported before, the game service provider planned to cease operation in April but was stopped by players and CCA.

At this moment, the Weibo of CCA has 700+ comments and 7k + likes.
