In an exciting crossover, Bungie and CD Projekt have teamed up to introduce Witcher-inspired cosmetics to the world of Destiny 2. The new additions, including armor ornaments, a Ghost shell, a ship, Sparrow, emote, and finisher, are set to launch on November 28 with the start of Season of the Wish.
This collaboration has caught the attention of fans of both franchises, with the Titan, Hunter, and Warlock outfits showcasing distinct Witcher influences. The designs, however, have received mixed reactions from the Destiny 2 community. Some fans expected a more direct adaptation of Witcher’s iconic styles, such as the Cat armor for Hunters or a full Bear armor set for Titans.

The announcement comes during a tumultuous time for Bungie, following recent layoffs and a reported decline in Destiny 2 players and revenues after the Lightfall expansion. This has led to mixed sentiments within the community, with some expressing concerns over the game's monetization strategies.
In addition to the Witcher-themed gear, Bungie has also announced the Bungie Store’s biggest sale of the year, starting November 24. This sale will feature limited quantities of previously retired Bungie Rewards, and purchasers will receive the new Wishing Well emblem as a bonus.
Greetings, White Wolf.

Pricing details for the Witcher-themed cosmetics have yet to be announced, but expectations are set around the same range as last year’s Assassin's Creed crossover armor, which was priced at 2,000 Silver per set, approximately 20 USD each. Bungie has not yet responded to inquiries about the pricing, but more information is expected to be released soon.
This crossover marks a unique blend of two popular gaming worlds, offering fans a new way to experience their favorite characters and aesthetics in Destiny 2. As anticipation builds for the Season of the Wish, players are eagerly waiting to see how this Witcher-inspired gear will add to their gaming experience.
