As the festive season nears, brands worldwide are amplifying their promotional endeavors, and Microsoft's Xbox division is prominently making its mark. Recently, the Las Vegas Sphere, a monumental 2.3 billion USD construction, featured an extensive Xbox advertisement, as highlighted by Jeff Rubenstein from Xbox and several social media users.

The impressive display on the Sphere begins with the recognizable green Xbox emblem, transitioning seamlessly into scenes from popular titles such as Starfield, Hellblade II, Forza, and Cyberpunk 2077. Concluding the vibrant showcase are the three primary Xbox console models: the Xbox Series X, the 512GB Xbox Series S, and the 1TB Xbox Series S.

Industry insiders, specifically 3LV, have shared potential pricing details for advertising on this colossal platform. A single-day campaign might cost around 450,000 USD, while a week-long feature could fetch about 650,000 USD. (However, these figures, originating from an agency's pitch deck, might not accurately reflect what Microsoft expended for this Xbox promo on the Sphere.)

James Dolan, the CEO of Vegas Sphere, has been seeking lucrative avenues to monetize the Sphere, and exterior advertising appears to be a prime choice. Apart from ads, the Sphere has secured U2 for a residency and will soon premiere Darren Aronofsky's ultra-high-definition film, "Postcard From Earth."
