NetEase vs. Blizzard
According to TianYanCha.com, NetEase is taking Blizzard to court in a multi-million dollar lawsuit. The Shanghai-based company alleges that Blizzard breached licensing agreements and is seeking 300 million CNY in compensation. The case will be heard on September 21st at the People's Court of Pudong New District in Shanghai.
NetEase claims that Blizzard owes them 300 million CNY for discontinued games, prepaid amounts for unsold merchandise, and advance payments for undeveloped games.
