After the death of your wife, you are left alone to raise your daughter in the medieval era Volcano Kingdom. As her guardian, it's up to you to ensure she has everything she needs to be happy and succeed in life. This includes exploring new hobbies and interests together and attending one of four major colleges in the kingdom where she can learn music, painting, martial arts, or combat.

Players will interact with citizens and enhance their daughter's etiquette, while practicing the value of family bonds. One of the major decisions made throughout the game is determining which one of three lords your daughter should pledge allegiance to. Completing errands for them should boost her standing amongst noble families and allow her to compete in the Birdie Festival.

The developers aimed to create Volcano Princess by providing a different experience in terms of raising children and encouraging familial growth through gameplay. Every decision made will affect the final outcome of your daughter's future, so be careful in making choices.

Egg Hatcher is excited to finally release Volcano Princess, basing it off as an archetype for their dream videogame ever since they began working together during senior school. The game is now available on Steam for users to play and see what kind of monarch their actions have shaped their daughter into becoming.
