The announcement was released by Korizon Esports, a Korean domestic esports media.
Throughout his career, Nuguri has played for DWG KIA in LCK and FPX in LPL. He was also the 2020 World Champion. Nuguri was also considered one of the best top laners in the world.
Nuguri is currently only 23 years old and is considered relatively young in this sport, which makes his retirement decision shocking news to all.
