Sensor Tower data shows that in September 2022, Tencent's Honor of Kings attracted nearly USD 190 million in the global App Store and Google Play, ranking first in the global mobile game bestseller list, revenue from the Chinese iOS market accounted for 94.5%, and revenue from overseas markets accounted for 5.5%. HoYoverse's Genshin Impact (mobile) ranked second on the list with a revenue of USD 130 million, of which 43% of the revenue came from its Chinese iOS market, and the Japanese market accounted for 22.7%.
The other three games in the top five are Tencent's PUBG Mobile, King's Candy Crush Saga, and Roblox.
