On July 13th, Nintendo released another trailer of Bayonetta 3, revealing its release date will be October 28th. Meanwhile, Nintendo Hong Kong revealed the game would have language support for Simplified and Traditional Chinese for the first time in the franchise.
The Bayonetta series is popular due to its fast-paced combat and fashionable style. The series also has many fans in China, even though the game did not have Official Chinese localizations before. On Steam, Bayonetta has 6022 Chinese reviews of 20940 total reviews, and 92% of them are positive. And the top-rated review is a download link to the community localization patch.

According to Nintendo Hong Kong, there is more good news for Chinese language players. They will release physical editions of Bayonetta 1 and 2 with Simplified and Traditional Chinese support this autumn. Digital copies will have localization update patches at the same time.
