The exhibit transported fans from mere viewers to part of the magic, offering insights into the intricate wardrobe details. Not limited to television imagery, the exhibit showcased various costumes, including two of Luffy's outfits: a lively Hawaiian-print polo and a simple “Anchor” t-shirt from his youth.
The display also featured full-detail costumes of characters like Shanks, played by Peter Gadiot, and Captain Morgan, played by Langley Kirkwood. Additionally, important artifacts such as maps of the Red Line and Grand Line were also present.
The One Piece live-action series, set to premiere on Netflix on August 31, is supervised by Eiichiro Oda himself, in collaboration with showrunner Steven Maeda and producer Matt Owens. With a cast including Inaki Godoy as Luffy and Emily Rudd as Nami, the show aims to capture new audiences with the legendary tale of the search for the Pirate King's treasure.
