According to Rostov, the legal team believed that the people who caused himself and his fellow developers to leave the company should be considered criminals who committed fraud which is punishable by up to three years imprisonment.
Currently, Rostov is in the process of reviewing the available legal options. He claimed that "both civil claims and criminal charges are on the table — in Estonia and the United Kingdom".
