Chinese indie game developer Metal Head Games today releases the demo of CRPG Back to the Dawn on Steam.
The game is designed with pixel style and the gamer plays a fox journalist who tries to escape from the prison in sandbox design within only 21 days after being sent to jail unjustly.
By making adventures, the fox wants to prove itself innocent and prevent the mayor from succeeding in reelection. Obviously, what the player is saving is not only the fox, but the whole city.
The developers of Back to the Dawn have drawn lots of inspiration from classic prison escape and sandbox-style games.

There are some routines for the fox to complete in the prison, such as washing clothes and operating a sewing machine, but in the meantime, the fox thinks over the escape plan, which requires good relationships with the fox’s cellmates and guards.
The demo provides an experience on the first day of being in a prison. If you are interested in the content of Zootropolis, Odd Taxi, The Shawshank Redemption, and Prison Break, feel free to add the game to your wishing list.
The game took three developers from Metal Head Games two years to complete and is scheduled to be launched next year.
