Two matches were held yesterday in the LPL Spring Split 2023, where WE won the match against TT 2:0, and UP beat AL 2:1.
In game one of the match between WE and TT, at 12 minutes, WE Shanks on Akali and WE Hope on Varus both achieved a double kill. Twenty minutes later, surprisingly, WE Shanks achieved another double kill, helping his team secure a victory in this round.
In game two, TT quickly returned to form, and at eight minutes, TT Beichuan on Maokai achieved a double kill in the bottom lane. However, at the 19-minute mark, WE Shanks on Azir launched an incredible ult and triggered a team fight, where WE took out three champions. In the closing moments, although TT Ucal performed an impressive quadra kill, it didn’t stop WE’s momentum. In the end, WE Shanks destroyed his opponent’s nexus, helping his team win both the game and the match.
In game two, in the closing moments, TT Ucal had excellent performance and accomplished a quadra kill.
Between AL and UP, in round one, AL maintained a massive lead through the entire game and won this round easily. In game two, at 32 minutes, AL stole a Dragon but didn’t retreat quickly enough and ended up being aced by UP. In the end, UP won this round and brought the match to a tie of 1:1.
In the decisive last round, at 18 minutes, the two sides were closely matched in a team fight in the mid-lane, where they each lost three champions. Five minutes later, UP had better performance in a team fight and got a crucial Baron kill. Then, UP used the Baron buff to destroy AL’s base and won both the game and the match.
