As part of "↑↑↓↓←→←→BA 35th," the event that celebrates the 35th anniversary of the classic Gradius shooter series, Japanese model company Plum has launched a "Vic Viper ver. Gradius II" action model and is taking pre-orders, for the release in April 2023, for the price of 5,500 yen (42 USD).
The model parts
Vic Viper ver. Gradius II is the X68000 version design from the Official Art of Gradius II book, with a scale of 1/144. The model's folding wings can be transformed into landing mode by changing parts.
