Gaming hardware company Razer has recently apologized for a typo on the packaging of the new DeathStalker V2 Pro gaming keyboards. Instead of the word “performance”, the boxes mistyped “peformance”.
Our team has spotted a typo on the packaging of the Razer DeathStalker V2 Pro and TKL after we’ve sent it for print and we apologize for not meeting our own meticulous design standards. That said, scrapping the packaging wouldn’t be in line with our sustainability commitment. pic.twitter.com/ffbsYDXXec

For the solution, Razer said it would be environmentally unfriendly to recycle the packaging and replace it. Therefore, Razer will compensate users by giving each user a coupon worth 10 USD that can be used in the online store. It is worth mentioning that this requires the customers that have the packaging problems to fill out an form to the official website. Razer also said that only the product packaging does not meet the standards, the product itself are in line with the quality requirements perfectly.
