The Amaterasu Hanging Scrolls Master Collection Now Accepting Pre-orders

Including artwork from Yoshitaka Amano (Final Fantasy), Yoshikazu Yasuhiko (Gundam), Haruhiko Mikimoto (Macross), and more

Japanese media conglomerate KADOKAWA is now taking pre-orders of an Amaterasu dedication painting hanging scroll collection worldwide.

Amaterasu is the highest deity in Japanese mythology, and the dedication paintings collection will be exhibited in the worship hall at the Musashinosuwareiwa Shrine from July 26 to Aug 21.

The creators of the dedication paintings include Yoshitaka Amano, known for his character designs for the Final Fantasy series; Yoshikazu Yasuhiko, character designer for the Mobile Suit Gundam series; Haruhiko Mikimoto, character designer for Macross; Akemi Takada, character designer for Creamy Mami the Magic Angel, and Yun Kōga, character designer for Mobile Suit Gundam 00.
