Publisher and developer Square Enix will release a trading card collection, "Final Fantasy VII Anniversary Art Museum Digital Card Plus," in spring 2023 to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the birth of Final Fantasy VII, and an action figure "Final Fantasy VII Bring Arts <Cloud Strife>" in late November 2023. The standard edition and the digital plus edition of the figure (the latter is a Square Enix e-STORE exclusive) will be released worldwide in late November 2023.
What’s unique about this release is that the digital plus edition of trading cards and figures can be viewed digitally on a dedicated website. Both products include proof of ownership using blockchain technology.
The Cloud figure is a new product in the action figure series BRING ARTS. The standard edition package will include a figure and a Digital Certificate of Authenticity exchange ticket, while the digital plus edition will include a figure, a Digital Certificate of Authenticity exchange ticket, and a Digital Edition figure exchange ticket. Owners can view the digital figure by accessing the dedicated website from a smartphone or PC.
